Sports Psychology

Sport psychology is a specialised branch of performance psychology that focuses on the mental aspects influencing athletic performance. While performance psychology broadly addresses psychological factors that enhance performance across various fields, including business and the arts, sport psychology specifically targets the unique challenges faced by athletes.
