Disability Support Service

The Disability Support Service aims to promote inclusion, advocacy, and active participation in college life. The service provides equal access to education for IADT students with a range of disabilities and mental health conditions.

Assistive Technology

The Assistive Technology Service provides training, information and support to students with disabilities and specific learning difficulties.

Access Service

The IADT Access Service aims to support the participation of non-typical students at IADT, and to promote a teaching and learning environment suitable for diverse learners.

The work of the Access Service includes

  • Post-Entry Supports: providing supports for students from under-represented groups who are currently attending IADT.
  • Universal Design for Staff: providing a repository of information on Universal Design principles for faculty members and can facilitate sessions with staff to explore these concepts in relation to their own teaching.
